There are massive issues in some model's rooms with both audio and video freezes and loss of feed entirely. I spent 3 hours with Eva Darkness tonight while she tried repeatedly to get the system to feed properly to her customers. Five different screen names other than myself complained about this situation while she struggled to get her model application to function properly. I took her private for several minutes in order to see if this situation was limited to free chat only. It occurred in the private as well. She shut and reopened her room repeatedly getting only marginal help from CS to assist. Apparently models who work the later shift are SOL for adequate technical support from corporate. I tried ALL of the 3 major browsers to see if it was a browser specific issue Firefox, Chrome and explorer ... all had the same issues. I even left my home and went to an entirely different location with a different IPA to test the issue and it remained, and i am speaking here of an IPA several miles from my own running through an entirely different provider.
This sort of problem has been occurring regularly for the past three months on F4F and it is high time that VS admit that the issue is THEIRS and not the customers. YOUR software or equipment is the focus point of the problem... admit it publicly and stop giving the customer the run around and wasting THEIR time with faux "clean your browser history, delete your cookies" formulaic solutions that fail until the user randomly gets a pathway through YOUR router and server system that functions properly. Provide ALL you shifts with staff adequate to support the technical needs of your models; the poor people are frustrated, upset and disappointed in the capabilities of what is touted as the "best" adult site on the internet.
