There is a problem with viewing VODS.

when I go a certain models room to view his VOD's it says viewing them is blocked because he is a top model.

I will admit, he is cute but he has only been here 30 days, has only 17 VODs. This is less than 1 pvt a day and the average time for his pvts are 4 minutes.
In addition, when I sort the members online by powerscore, he is in the lower 1/2 of them.
I have spent lots of time in his room and he does not use party or group hardly ever. Most times he is so borded from lack of traffic, he logs out after being on for 2 hours.

Something is very wrong that the system considers him in top set of models and blocks his VODS

There are too many unknowns but there are factors that go into the status of a model.
First you said he has been on the site for 30 days. Of those 30 how many has he actually been online? You can see the dates of the shows in his library, give or take a day where maybe no private took place yet he was here. For this discussion say he is only online the days of those recorded shows. A model's ranking or status is partly gauged by the ratio of time in pvt versus their time online. If he is only online two hours and goes private several times within that 2 hours he may very well have a good ranking while being new. Hope this is helpful.

I don't know what to say about the part where he is bored most the time. :orglaugh

nope, he is only on for about 2 hours a day.

I could have sworn only the powerscore determines the rating or at least as far as being able to block VODS. If not then this is a new system to me.

Trust me, this model's longest private was 11 minutes and never has had 2 pvts in one day.

This touches on the biggest problem I have with the one sided 'games'. The formula in determining the top 20 whatever, the top contests, the top videos. Top anything.
There is no transparency on how the systems rank anything here.
Yet they ask us to help them win invisible scoring contests.
They see all kinds of stats on us, and litteraly beg us to participate in activities in wich they will not disclose any numbers to us.
Look, you want to play fair, let us see the numbers.
Otherwise we will eventually get on a paranoid scent of wondering how come the site wants us to compete against invisible scores.

Also, the number of available VODs may not be indicative of how busy a model has been as I imagine it does not take into account the number of videos that customers have elected not to share.

seems there was a change because his and 2 other models VODS that were blocked are now viewable.

The Top 3 % of models, who are active within 30 days, are able to keep all of their videos "private". Until they drop out of the Top 3%, unfortunately unless you are the original customer, you are unable to access the video.

Other reasons Videos may not be available include:

- Models have the ability to make up to 20% of their videos private (still available to the original customer).
- Customers are able to make any given private show "private".
- Geo- filters are in place to prevent users in your area to access the video.
