how can you get them taken off(deleted)?

i would like to know this also because i also have
my old card listed , of course i can't use a 2009 card

If you tip under a temporary nick the tip will appear with the temporary nick in the room.
On models gift-overview or on gift giving feed your last used registered nick will appear. Quote
