There were definitely some problems on our end last week that could have caused problems with viewing video. Some things were out of our control but the things we could deal with have been tweaked.
Video on the internet is a difficult beast to manage, so there's always potential for problems to appear when someone on our staff isn't watching. If these problems persist, please post in this thread and include the performer(s) that you're having trouble with. We'll try to take a look and see what can be done.
Is anyone still having issues with video and audio. I've been having issue lately.
For example: I had a chat with 1 model earlier today and it was great (the model and the video/audio) but I just had a group chat and everything was lagging alot. However, when I logged out and went into the model's room, everything was fine. Any tips?

I would test your speed on :-

add the links it provides for sharing the info for your connections here and can check it out for you, try the nearest test server to you and then a Los Angeles, CA, USA server as a test to and provide both links or paste the information here that you see.
I just have a feeling it's your internet speeds and are you using WIFI to connect to the internet or any other wireless type service ?
Also remember some rooms transmit at higher bit rates and these rooms maybe the ones causing you the problems. Test your speed and then we can go from there really, also list the specification of your computer too. Also maybe add the room names that cause you problems that way I can go have a look and check what rate they are transmitting/streaming at.
Also list which flash player and browser versions you have tried. I would use the latest Firefox ( Version 13.0.1) and Flash player (version 11.3.300.262) on this site and disable flash player protected mode if you are using Windows 7 64bit or Windows Vista 64bit, this problem does not affect Windows XP 64bit or any other 32bit Windows versions (So you do not need to disable protected mode on non-affected Windows).

Finally, if these problems are blocking you from using Flash Player we recommend, as a last resort, you either revert back to Flash Player 11.2 or temporarily disable Protected Mode. We strongly recommend that Protected Mode is manually enabled once this issue is resolved.

To disable Protected Mode, add the following line to your mms.cfg file located in:
Windows 32bit: C:windowssystem32macromedflash
Windows 64bit: C:windowssyswow64macromedflash
ProtectedMode=0
If the mms.cfg file does not exist, create one using any standard text editor (e.g.. notepad)
Depending on your operating system, you might need to first save the mms.cfg file to a writable location (such as your documents or desktop folder) and then copy the file into the destination folder using Windows Explorer.
To re-enable Protected Mode, simply remove the line from the mms.cfg file.
