Make sure you have no security suite running that is blocking the site, eg. virus software, adaware, malaware and firewalls. Some of these things can block access to certain parts of the site, normally the video feed I find in some cases and in others the chat interface will not always load up or as you see the whole room fails to load with an error.


Also try reinstalling flash player and update your browser and also clear any cached internet files and flash player cached files. Use a program like CCleaner (if you don't know how to manually remove these files) to clear out the rubbish from your system and make sure to enable the features you want cleaning in the program.
