If you've recently purchased credits and HAVE NOT used them, you can call or e-mail Customer Support and request a refund. If you've used even some of the credits from your purchase, then a refund is not possible.
You can e-mail Customer Support at customerservice@vsmedia.com. When you send your e-mail, be sure to include your username, the date of the transaction as well as the amount. If you'd prefer to call, you can call 800.685.9236 if you're in the U.S. or Canada; if you're international, you can call 1.818.880.9021.
