I am missing points back to the 7th.

I have not received or cannot see any points for these activities listed below since the 7th. Total points are not moving either.

Daily Login.... I have not received or cannot see any points for this activity since the 7th. I look into the site/here at least once every day.

Online Notifications..... Last day l got these was the 9th. I get the notifications to my inbox every day. I get way more than is necessary to get the maximum daily points for this activity.

Daily Chatting....... "Earn 60 points for being in the system for two-hours (consecutive)". I have no way of knowing how many points l have lost for this activity but l do know l should have got them for the 25th but never. I did get the points on the 25th for being in chat rooms but non of the other activities listed above.

Hope you can short this out.

I am having a similar issue over the last week too. Recently bought credits and the missing points are quite sporadic- for daily login points it sometimes shows up in the full "transaction" page, and sometimes it does not. For instance, yesterday I logged on and sent a message. I got points for the message but not for logging in, not sure if it is a site-wide bug or related to our individual accounts.

This problem has occurred on my account as well. July 2020 had only about 2-3 days of Daily Login credit, but most days of activity (tipping). When I compared to another month, like April, April reflected Daily Login every day. Live Support gave me a couple days of back credit for July and reminded me to log off each day. That all would make normal sense, except I rarely log off and in the past, until recently, still received Daily Login points. I am just trying to understand how this is applied because at the moment, it seems inconsistent. The Live Support agent thought it might be a system glitch but that the tech dept was closed and so he couldn’t answer that. If it’s been happening since June, like the first poster here experienced, is it more than a glitch?
