I have been coming to this site off and on for 8 years. NEVER can I recall that any contest combined the guy and girl sides of the site competing for the same prize. They always were separate, yet identical contests. That is completely unfair. It is like comparing apples to toasters. There are far more straight people around than gay, so there is no chance that a male performer is every going to win.
Has this site gotten so cheap that it can't come up with seperate prizes for the male and female sides of the site?

Also, the contests are a competition. But, the people who go to the GUY rooms rarely go over to the Girl site, and the people that are looking at the Girls, rarely come over to the GUY interface of the site.. SO.. the Guy models are only competing against the Guys on the same interface, and the same for the girls! This is like having one gold medal for both the male and female athletes in the Olympics! Absurd!

HOWEVER, now that the problem has been revealed, how about FIXING it by giving the Guy his prize?

It stuns me that someone got the crazy idea to combine the guys and girls in a contest. Maybe they should combine the Kentucky Derby with the Indianapolis 500 and give just one prize to them.. and throw in a Greyhound race with it.

There have been a number of contests since September last year where guys and girls have been combined to compete for same prize(s). This is first time I have seen anyone complain about it.
I remember one such contest where the winner was a guy (or was it 2guys doing show together) because they beat my favourite model. Maybe it isn't so unfair after all. What I think is unfair is where two popular models join together for a contest which makes it nearly impossible for single models, especially female models, to win unless the female model charges 120cpm and has big spenders supporting them.

You are making the issue more complicated that it is.
Here is the problem short and simple.
The GUY and GIRL sides of the site are seperated for obvious reasons. Most members have NO interest or involvement in the other side of the site. If the contests have been combined since September 2010, then that is very sad. It doesn't matter if every person on the face of the earth doesn't think there is a reason to complain about this. It is wrong, and it isn't fair.

On top of all that.. it is ridiculously CHEAP to not have separate prizes.

As another poster replied, we've run quite a few promotions where male and female performers compete together for a larger prize. The breakdown of male vs. female winners mirrors the composition numbers for the site (roughly 40% male performers).

It's not about being "cheap", the prizes are larger on these combined promotion days. Further, we have daily bonuses for performers where girls/guys are combined and quite often it is a male performer who wins.
