There are a few people.. not many.. who are so rude and insulting that they need banning.
Some models ban for no reason at all which is bad.
HOWEVER, there are some chatters who NEED to be banned and the models don't do it.
For instance, white registered chatter Masha555555 is extremely rude to Cupidonn and needs to be
squashed like a bug.

Not sure who your comments are intended for Piers Morgan, but if you want to bring it to the attention of the site you need to email Support with screenshots of the extremely rude conversation

You can do as ourjeffie said .

The site has given the models to deal more quickly to Ban member themself .
If the member has done bad behavoir more than 1 time , the model can also ask for "Admin Assist" and permanently ban that member .

I didn't think of that. Yes, the support does love to stomp on evil doers. I wish they had the same passion for providing ASSISTANCE. For instance, there is a certain room that has a big problem with the camera. I mentioned it 2 days ago. That model is suffering because of technical issues - yet nothing has been done about it.

Also, it used to be that both the individual studios and the headquarters of the website would monitor things. Now it seems that NEITHER of them are paying attention.

Mentioning something in the forums will not necessarily get a response from the site and will almost never get an immediate response. For technical issues you need to contact Customer Support by email or by phone. However Customer Support can do nothing about a technical issue which is confined to a particular room in a particular studio - that is clearly a matter for the studio concerned

I can think of two members that enter the chat rooms and say nasty things on a regular basis. One is a vip member and the other is not. It happened in several rooms I was chatting in today. The non vip member entered and made nasty remarks about the models. I've seen the vip member enter rooms and say nasty things about the models and the other members. They both should be banned!

The models have their own forums we cant access and they discuss between themselves the names of problem members.

I was just in a models chat room and while I was typing she said something about flashing on her screen, an indication that I was going to spam her.

All I was doing was typing a message in the message bar, which was:

"I'm not working, cool. I'm going to break out the weights and prep up for here then thanks"

So is this spam? She was talking about working here and I said since I am not working I'll check into working here. What's wrong with that?

Also, is it rude to say hello to other users in the chat? Perhaps the models should state it in their profile so users will not get flagged by models that think it's rude for chatters to text to each other.

I always treat people here with respect and politeness. But if it comes to the point where I have to be afraid to type in anything and worry if the model is not going to like it and flag me, then it's just not worth coming here.

Is this not a technical issue? Because at one point I was not typing and that's what happened. It doesn't matter what model or chat room. I don't need to get over it, as you put it. This is not about any certain model. Did I mention any names? No. This is about the system.

For all the users and especially new users, to avoid future confusions, please tell us veteran ourjeffie how this system works and what signals show up.

It's a given to be polite and respectful--to both the models and the fellow users. Please help us here.

chatters chatters chatters bb not know about you but i pay gooooooooood money vip to be able to chat... that is the benefit of being a vip along with other and if you establish a good relationship with a model then you like to talk to them.... there is the rub relationship

I nearly forgot something I saw earlier today.

Some moron was chatting to a brand new 18 year old model and saying "I bet your balls smell like rotting cheese and vinegar".

Why should any model have to put up with disgusting, abusive comments like that?
