Hello, It's been weeks since the last time I was able to add credits to my account through Epoch, now whenever I try to purchase credits using Epoch I get this message "Error - We are unable to process this card at this time. Please use a different payment method or try again with this card later." I've never had any problems before with epoch and it's the only payment option I can use.

I contacted the live support and they suggested me to clear cache and cookies, that didn't do anything, I know now that Epoch is offered by regions, so I'm assuming that it is no longer available in my region, so my question is when or if it's going to be available again in my region? as I stated before Epoch is the only payment method I can use. Thank you, I received an email with this information, but unfortunately I'm still having the same issue, when I try to add credits to my account Epoch is not listed as a payment option, it only shows credit card, pay garden, bitcoin and pay by mail. I have already tried loggin out clear cache and cookies and still nothing.
