I was in some guy's room. I didn't say ONE word nor did he say one word to me. He was just sitting there with a blank look on his face. I was watching TV and not really paying attention. I notice that he finally moved and look at my computer screen... and he banned me! Why?
I don't really care because he was not interesting me anyway.. BUT being banned is annoying and sometimes really makes people angry.

In fact, there didn't seem to be any other chatters in his room. I suspect that he bans people from his room that he doesn't know, and that he is using his chat room to communicate with people he does know for reasons other than to do webcam shows here.

You are making alot of assumptions there

I think the answer is already in your post ... you sat in his room and did not speak, alot of the models find this frustrating when members join their rooms and do not even say hi. The blank look on his face can be attributed to boredom as no one was chatting to him.

Just another point of view for you to consider.

In his case, I got dumped into his room because the model I was watching went offline. In other cases, such as with Dan_Bower, he will nag you to go pvt every 30 seconds, and if you say no, he instantly bans you. That is abusing the ban power. Since then, he has been told to stop doing that. Imagine if you went into a store, and a salesman asked you if you were trying to find something to buy, and you said you were just looking.. and then the salesman kicks you out of the store! That is not the way things work. It makes enemies of potential customers.

A model always needs total control of thier room .

I hate to be banned .
If I felt bad about a ban , I simple do not visit and obviously not spend for that model .

A member can visit any room - The model has just thier room and must make decisions best to run it :twocents

I got banned once by a model. He told me to take him pvt. twice in about 45 seconds and when I didn't, he banned me. I never returned to his room for obvious reasons and I noticed that he only lasted about a month on this site.

Being banned without a good reason by a model pisses me off almost as much as having one of my posts removed by an administrator for no good reason, nor explanation.

It makes people wonder what was in that post that caused it to be removed. It was a long post involving a model who was posting a profile photo of a completely different person as his own. It was so obvious that the customer support people on the phone noticed it immediately and dealt with it quite swiftly.

I have a hypothetical example of why that is bad. A model could post a photo of a 14" cock which would have the effect of drawing a LOT of viewers to his room. However, if that cock isn't his, and he's actually only got a 5" cock, then that is not fair to the other 50 models who are not deceiving people. Also, consider people going pvt expecting to see that 14" cock, and then realize they have been duped. Not good! In fact, this kind of thing happens all the time on the still photos on covers of porn movies. Similar things happen with movie trailers for mainstream "Hollywood" movies. One example of that: The Johnny Depp movie "Sweeny Todd" was a MUSICAL, however, there was no indication of that in the trailers nor the TV commercials for it. That movie was excellent BUT it was not at all what was advertised.

Yes, I read that thread.. very good!

Another odd thing is that quite a few models look BETTER than their profile pictures! The profile pictures are often taken before they started modeling, the lighting is bad, they are not in good shape, etc.

But I wonder why you want to go back to the model if she has banned you.
