Customer Service should be reaching out to you sometime today to review your issues. In the meantime, have you tried the "Switch Players" option? It is a link located below the video you are trying to watch.
When you hear from Customer Service, try to give them as much detail as possible. If you can provide screen grabs, that would be great too. Not everyone is experiencing the exact same thing, so we need as much info as possible to figure out why you are experiencing difficulty.
