I am getting this message when I attempt to view my recorded live shows: "It appears your Flash is not enabled and preventing you from viewing the videos." I am running Microsoft Edge.
But when I check the settings they are correct; and the flash player problem only occurs on F4F, not on other sites. Anyone else with this problem?

I somehow solved this in Chrome, but not Edge, even though Flash is set to "on" in Edge.

Same problem on Edge, but when I went into cam2cam test page, I was prompted to allow flash. That fixed it.

OK, this has dragged on for over a week now and still not resolved. I want to watch some of my recorded shows but can't. How much longer to we have to wait and what compensation is being offered??

Hey, Guys!
Customer Service should be reaching out to you sometime today to review your issues. In the meantime, have you tried the "Switch Players" option? It is a link located below the video you are trying to watch.
When you hear from Customer Service, try to give them as much detail as possible. If you can provide screen grabs, that would be great too. Not everyone is experiencing the exact same thing, so we need as much info as possible to figure out why you are experiencing difficulty.
