when I click on Buy Credits, I don't get the "Manager's Special Discount" as advertised and still get the same prices. :helpme

Same here . Manager's Special Discount Huge Savings. NoJoke! hahaha I am not laughing. As others say there is NO DISCOUNT when arriving at the Buy Credits page.
Have emailed Customer Support. Hope it not a sick April Fool Joke. Worst thing to do is joke about money and other worst thing to do is to make an offer and not provide it. :mad

We have fixed the Discount issue users were having and you should now be able to get Up to 12% More Credits discount. Please contact our 24-hour customer service department if you are experiencing any other issues.

this is not offered to me.i am a vip.i only see 2850 credits for $249.00 thats it.whats the deal with this.I'll buy 2=5,000 credit blocks right now if they were $249.99.I hope vs adress this by the end of the day. :mad

I am a VIP and I too do not see the promo that is being touted. I have taken advantage of each "great" promo and do not see why NON VIP's get a better price either. I guess you are just encouraging us to set up more than one account.

not seeing these special pricing options on my end...... i saw them last night when I purchased some credits but now I see the regular pricing today

Is this only available to members once and then it goes back to the standard pricing options?

I am not getting that when I click buy time. I get the standard 2,850 credits for $249.99. I have been checking the buy credits section since midnight. First there was no discount at all and now it shows only the standard discount :mad

The 2,850 credits for $249.99 is the 12% discount as advertised in the email the site sent members at the start of promo. If you did not receive the email you must have made it so the site cannot send you any or your mailbox recognizes it as spam. This other bigger discount must have been a glitch.

If that is the case, there is really no "Managers Special" as in the past, just the usual discount that pops up now and then. So, in fact this is no special at all, but rather it is really an April Fools Joke :bulb

No idea guys, it's working fine for me, must be related to your accounts I guess...
