Yes, I keep losing both the notification email address and any models that I have selected. This has been happening for several months now on and off, despite selecting the "ALL MAILINGS" checkbox on the Newletters page (which also gets randomly unticked occasionally).
At the end of the day, its Flirt / VS that loses out, because if I don't know a favourite model is on, I don't take them private, so won't buy any credits.
Please sort it out guys.

Notifications sometimes are turned off if they get an email or 2 returned to them [thier server or your email server is busy]
