My video freeze everytime i go online, usually last about 10miutes,and sometimes screen goes blank.Im using windows7 and during Encoding and streaming i am using about 30% of my CPU and 20% of my RAM, My Encoder shows flawless in the output window.
Can my problem be anything else but hidden drops in my broadband speed, what i have also fund that sometimes my Ping rises from the usual 350 to over a 1000, my Jitter often sits around 100ms-is this enough to cause a complete drop out of my video.
Pls help
Thanks Caprice-C
Caprice if you are seeing pings of 350 to over a 1000ms, I would not be suprised you get freezing and lag on the video.
Try this caprice:-
Goto the run box in windows start menu type CMD and then return (this will open a dos based command prompt area).
in there type the following:
tracert www.flirt4free.com (enter) now you will see where the slow part of the connection is, could be a bad router/switch/bridge causing the high ping rates. Also if you are using a wireless connection that will cause higher then normal ping rates. Try what I said it could also be your ISP and the way they are routing the internet traffic causing the high pings and even a bad router/switch/bridge on the internet causing it.
when you run tracert it should look something like this..

Trace complete.
Mine currently are higher then normal due to me uploading and downloading at high rates.
With tracert you can track down where the fault is that is causing high ping rates (lag).
If you need more help on tracert and how to use it.
