My Performer Application Software already worked but now I de- and reinstalled everything on my computer and I get this failure message when clicking the BROADCAST-Button:

"Broadcast-Verification failed (12 attempts were made). Message from Server: Error 20 - No socket is mapped for this stream_name. The Performer App could however directly connect to ofms006.eqx-ny1.vs.com. Please check your flash-settings..."

I have the new flash version.
I have installed webcam driver.
On every website my webcam works. But with the application it doesn't even ask to have permission.

Try using the adobe encoder with the camera then using that code in the performer application. I had the same issues with the same operating system and using Mac too. This is to do with server settings and streaming. I hope that helps.

In the braodcast option of the camera use the abobe encoder instead as the camera. cut and paste that code. into the encoder of the performers section.
