The cam feed for the model never loads when I use the new interface in private. I was able to get around it for a while by pressing the "use old interface" button, but that wasn't on the last private show I did. So, the feed wouldn't load, and the show would cancel out as not being connected. Is there a reason that I was able to do shows on the older interface, but not the new one. Again, this is only during private I'm having this issue.

Thanks for reporting this. I want to get this fixed for you as soon as possible.

It's odd that you're able to fully connect in open but not in private. Both of these interfaces are based on the same foundation of core classes.

Would you mind telling me which OS type and browser you're using when it fails? Would you also please tell me what level your browser's security/privacy settings are set at?

Hi there,
I'm using google chrome on windows 7. Something that is interesting however is that regular chat does not work with other browsers on my computer (firefox or IE). Don't know if that changes anything. I do have cookies enabled, internet security is set on medium-high on my windows settings.

Correct, no issues at all in open chat, only when I go private, it has the error of not connecting to the server, then boots me back to open chat, where I can see the model with no problem again.
