But then you said in Private is when you have the freezing issue. Does this mean in open you have smooth as can be video ?

You know, I don't know if you already know this (and if you do ignore me). Adobe has a beta version of Flash version 10.2. You have to go specifically looking for it. I'm using it fine with the IE 9 beta. I know 2 betas, asking for big trouble. Quote

wheelsup you may want to check this thread below, also can you add what the specs are of that pc you are using and the windows version you are using please, so that way maybe able to help you troubleshoot the problem. To me it sounds like 2 things 1 being the internet you are on is too slow or the pc you are using is too slow and can't handle HD video playback, other thing you can try is right click the chat and click settings and this will take you to the flash player settings in the display area try un-ticking "Enable hardware acceleration" or if no tick is there put one in and restart the browser and see if it helps. Also try updating your video card drivers to the latest version many video cards now require a driver update to use flash's new hardware acceleration feature correctly.
