Can you state which version of the chat interface you were using please at the time you had this error, the old interface (flash chat) or the new interface (The new HTML5 chat). Can you also list the computer system (Windows version or Apple Macintosh OS version) you are using or mobile device and the browser type and version you are using. This way we can help you more and the site technical department can then test it too and find the fault causing this for you.

Also have you tried clicking the "use new interface" or "use the old interface" and tried to pledge in a group chat that was causing this error for you and do you get the same problem on both versions of the chat ?.
