A habit I have seen in party rooms is that as soon as I start tipping names that look the same as mine appear and start making begging requests.

I suspect that because the name I use has a lowercase L in it they replace it with a number 1. I've also seen them try replacing zero characters with uppercase Os.

Is there any chance of stopping these parasites? A change of font perhaps - serif? Quote

perhaps losing party chat privileges if you haven't tipped in a certain amount of time could be an option... could be higher for the vips (10 mins), less for the registered(5), preview-ish for greys(the infamous 2). count it down like a paid show timer. less group accountability, more on the individual.. models could be given an editable no-boot list (a clause for the non-believers), perhaps tie it into the flirt game somehow, being in a models top ten grants immunity from being no-tip booted, but not from the big bad boot button, in case of situational jackass-edness. or tippers could earn a new font color, based on amount tipped per day, week, month, model, whatever.
