Hello,
While I tried to proceed multiple times to get a payement done here with EPOCH, a payement with an account on file, a message blocks the transaction by 'The product you are attempting to purchase is not available for your EPOCH payment account on file. You can add a new payment account and try again'. I can't get enough frustrated that I don't know what's wrong as I wondered if anyone can help me or at least tells me if there are still problems with payements on epoch. Thanks for your time by reading this and please share some clues about this error.

It appears to be impossible to use the account on file when there is an offer for free additional credits running (this almost appears to be the standard now). When no offer is running the account on file can be used without problems. Possibly this is the case here.

If you are referring to the 1300 credits for a $100.00 offer for ordering through Epoch, check the fine print. Notice there is a $29.00ish service/processing fee. Basically you're paying for the 300 "free" credits. If I'm wrong please someone let me know.

No, that is not what I am referring to. I am referring to the normal offers that are made continously and are automatically displayed on the "Buy Credits" page. If the offers are active (for instance 1050 for $100) Epoch payment with account on file is not active (at least not for me), if no offers are available (so no free credits) the account on file can be used.

I rather say that this type of purchase is impossible.
As I followed some of the remarks, I even can't continue a normal follow up of the transaction if I select for instance a 50$ offer deal with no free additional credits. Also the menu of credits seem to be very limited when you choose only epoch as a payment type.

I just made a new profile to check how it would fit there. No sign of an epoch payement, maybe because it is required to work with a creditcard first. I did this in the past with my old profile, now I want to do it with epoch. What's going on here?

You cannot use your account on file when the payment form contains an offer with free credits, selecting an offer without free credits, like the $50, indeed still does not work. The account on file only works when the payment form does not contain any offers for free credits at all.

I don't get it, the only options that seemed to be available if I follow your advice are the 250 or 500 credits I can purchase without any credits for free.
Yet, all seem to block as not available to buy with epoch. Thanks for the reply, but I am curious about the settings of epoch here.
