Hi, I've been a member here for five years, and I'm also an editor for a newspaper. I'm not sure to whom I should address this, and yes, I know I'm being a bit picky, but there are two spellings that should be fixed, in my opinion.
1. "One of your messages just got stuck in the chute. Please hold on for a moment and hopefully your message will be on it's way shortly." It should be "on ITS way" with no apostrophe. I know more and more phones and tablets always "correct" the spelling of "its" to "it's," but IT'S wrong.
2. The spelling of "premiere" is also wrong. When you talk about a higher rate for a model, it should be "premier." A "premiere" is the first showing of a movie or TV show; a "premier" is a higher level of something.
Just trying to be helpful, and I figured any modification to a template like this would be a technical issue, so that's why I posted it here.
Best wishes,
Ken McManus (wkyken)
