Since many months, i cannot enter in performer rooms neither see vods. i have always this message : "The client has failed to make an initial connection to the chat server ! This problem can be fixed by refreshing your browser."

Does someone can help me ?
I don't have any problem with my Mac and have all the last versions.

Run an internet speed test, sounds like your internet maybe the problem. Also what browser are you using on the mac ? I would try Firefox for Apple Mac and install latest adobe flash player threw Firefox too as a test if you don't use Firefox currently.
