I'm new and I just downloaded the software. Each time I try to "broadcast" all of a sudden it's "not responding" and freezes.

Also I remember the performer application requiring some Microsoft .Net framework files but i'm sure it states that on install from what I remember and contains a link where to get them from. Read the area where you downloaded it from on the site, It may state there where to get the right version of the Microsoft .Net framework you need and a download link.

Also you said you have problems with Adobe Flash too, so lets start at step one above because sounds like you have more then one problem on that computer.
