This issue should be fixed now, had to do with models having the same names, didn't happen to all models. Thank you for the bug report!

Just found an issue with the mobile side when in a models room and the special credits are there when trying to click the models menu to select the offer option or give a power boost the credits section shows and not the models menu.

Thank you for reporting this, I think I see what you mean on the mobile version. I will get back to you once this has been updated.

The XL is smaller than the old site. The lack of header doesn't matter if the chat box is wider. Having no header only pushes the video up (looks weird) and now I can't go anywhere on the site without leaving the chat room. It's a step backward. I really hate websites with "layers", meaning the page opens on top of another, like chat rooms do over the thumbnail page.

I can't go full screen in free chat anymore. Not sure how this is an improvement. The video won't start unless I click on the play sign either.

I will have someone reach out to you and see we can get a screen shot from you. We will take a look at it and see if we can make sure the video gets as big as possible in your browser/resolution.

As far as the play button showing, when you click on a model from the homepage the video doesn’t auto play for you? Or do you have multiple browser tabs open and you move back to the models room and then see a play button? When the model window isn’t focused newer browsers pause video streams. Let me know with as much info and I will look into this. Sorry about the problems you have experienced.

To me, it looks like a solution looking for a problem. There are other things you could actually improve, like getting the tip menu out of the video area, or bigger pictures in bios.

We have put out an update based on the screen cap, should be better for you. Still looking into the play button issue, I am having trouble replicating this issue but will keep trying.

- We will be looking into the size of the tipping menu very soon promise :thumbsup

- Bio pictures are being looked at for sure but that doesn't have to do with the new beta version. Definitely in our sights for the future.

Hi - Recently I have noticed that when connected to a model chat room I am getting freezing which slowly get worse and then I get kicked off. This is on Mac OS running safari and chrome(latest versions). this seems to be worse on the beta. If I am honest on the old version I could be connected to 10 models chat rooms in different tabs and it would not have an issue.

Other issues:

1) The beta Large and XL size is no different, but just removes the browser toolbar at the top.

2) Only show CAM to CAM when a member is in private or at least hide the icon in free chat - you can only use it in private, so why have it all the time.

3) Simplify the emojis - maybe allow users to select favourite or automatically remember the most used emojis per member.

Interactive devices: The icon for interactive does not show up if you are in a room and the model turns on the interactive device unless you refresh the page. Also in room as there is no banner, the button and its colour seems to be the only indication a model has their toy active, but as it only appears when a 1 way or 2 way toy is connected, there seems to be no in room indicator for those with tip only toy. Unlike in the old where there was a banner for all three. I could see both these things causing confusion, and frustration and perhaps prevent some who like tip toys to not tip thinking the model doesn't have it on...
. Also in exploring various rooms to see if it was just the one room, I notices in both beta and non beta some models with 2-way toys get the banner/icon in their room but not on the main page and they don't show up on the interactive page. I think it may have to do with which toy they have. As right now there is at least one model online that has Pearl2 and has 2-way icon in room, but no banner and does not show on the interactive page, while a model with Fuse shows up with the 2-way banner on the main page and is listed on the interactive page.

1) Every day and still see it - on OSX in both safari and chrome its the same as I said ( the screen moves up, so is more towards the tops with black space at the bottom). Firefox is better as its more central on the screen.

I dont know where to post these or if its a new problem But sinces like about 3pm eastern time i can not acces the streaming i can only see my favorite But can acces the streaming or see the other Models basicaly i just can surf around the site But nothing else .... I use and iPhone tablet

I use Firefox 64-bit v67 on Mac OS. I'm a little frustrated with the current beta. I find that when I rest the mouse pointer on the chosen model for a preview, it will attempt to open then stop and another one close by opens. I have to choose a different model then go back to the chosen one's room to finally open and stay open. Also, without even touching my mouse, the screen goes all the way to the bottom on its own and I have to scroll manually all the way back up to where I was. I also find that many times when I am resting on a model's profile pic it won't open into preview. It will do it one time then if I go back it refuses to open. This isn't on just one particular model. Finding a lot of inconsistencies in how the main page reacts and trying to preview model's rooms.
