Over the past few months we've had several customers and performers report that, after a Group Chat/Party Chat ends, their browser will freeze up.

We spent a long time looking at this and could rarely, if ever, reproduce it.

Adobe recently pushed out the 11.4 Flash Player update, and the very first item that they claim was fixed was the following:
- Netstream crashes intermittently on disconnect(3193417)

It might not sound like much, but this is might be our solution. If anyone who is using Flash 11.4 continues to experience issues with Group/Party, or anyone who is using 11.4 has their issues go away, we'd like to hear about it.

Froze up frequently during group atempt. The longer I stay in group atempt, the more frequent the freeze ups. No noticible change from pre flash update.
Audio and the freeze frame where very crisp and clear.

Another fact that may shed light, the model said that there was twice the volume of users during the group attempt when these freeze ups started. That suggests that maybe it is the volume of visitors in a room that contributes the freeze ups.
On the other hand, more amore rooms seem to run smoother lately. This improovement occured before the latest flash update however.

I�ve updated to Flash 11.4 and it still occures, but not in every room, though. I still suspect it lies in the models room settings.

That sums it up. the start and end of pricing and room type changes are when it happens most.

Yes, it is when the models CPM changes. The browser hangup can also happen when the model changes from single private mode to multi-user private chat.
It happens in group and part at the same point, when the CPM Mode changes.

Seems to happen in IE the most. Happens more often the longer you are in a models room / the more they change CPM modes. Happens in firefox too I have not seen it much or if at all in Chrome but I don't use chrome much.

When it hangs the browser, it is a hard hang. you have to terminate the browser. It's rare but sometimes the application will just freeze up and not crash the browser and simply refreshing the page will work.

Seems like all versions of IE. I have used windows xp, windows 7 and also windows 8 (ie 10)
