Hello there,
the new interface simply SUCKS: the model list is just unreadable and tedious to use.

Is there a way to go back to the old listing on the right side?

Scroll down - way way way down
Bottom left "Retuurn to old interdace" and click on it

My previous comments about the poor usability features of the new interface fell on unreceptive ears and I also suffer from regular chat client reloading. I've switched back to the old interface - the new interface is not going down a path I want to take.

darkb00tylvr state the browser and operating system of the computer and if you have made sure to run the latest updates on your opeating system and updated flash etc. Also state the antivirus/ security suites you maybe using. That way they maybe able to resolve your problems. State the pc specs too cpu, memory or a brand and model number that way they can look up if it's a low speced pc or just some hardware that conflicts with the site.

I'm loving the new interface it works great ...

Just discovered this hidden link as well. I'm quite thankful as the new layout is horrible and unusable. Every time they release an update to the interface they take it another step in the wrong direction. I can only wonder how long before they remove the option of using the old interface (which on a side note isnt that old, i'm still just getting used to it over the older one).

My PC is a decent spec laptop and the software is kept up to date. I use Firefox as a web browser. It works fine with the old interface.

I just don't think the new interface works is good to use or look at apart from the bigger video size. The bottom of the page looks untidy and is not good to use. I used to think the interface was quite neat and worked well.

It is nice to be able to have a page full of larger model pictures to look at when the model section at the bottom of the page is expanded but when collapsed for me it's not usable.

You can un-sticky the list by clicking "sticky room list" in a room and should make all rooms online fall under the chat. Yes I was wondering if it was not better the other way or would be better to maybe add an option to have the old style model list too in the new chat. That way atleast gives the customer more options to tailor the site how they like to use it.

As I said before the new chat is great apart from some of the changes to the model menu layout, it's making the page very heavy too I find and very long and can cause some browsers problems especially on some mobile browsers.

So far I'm more in favour of the new changes then not to be honest because makes the site nicer for people with higher res screens, but again can look funny for people that have low res screens. Clicking some of the options under the chat bar do clean up a lot of the issues I find too, by the way what screen resolution are you using ?

Cheers for the comments. My screen size is 1440x900 so its not on the small size.

I'm all in favour of the customer having a user interface that they can have how they like it.

I'd agree on the page becoming a bit heavy. I'd drop the model bio at the bottom of the page - I only use that section to get to the link to get the main bio page. Then I have to scroll back up again to get back to seeing the chat and video. Others may use it other ways but for me seeing the model bio in the new interface has now become a bit of a faff. I'd reset the bio tab to be a direct link to the full bio.

*sigh* the new interface sucks.. face it it's MFC done badly... i have the VIP account i have BECAUSE it lets me make up my screen name on the fly.. BECAUSE i can choose to be white or p1ss yellow... it's WORTH the extra monthly charge for THAT to me.. sadly les idiots have made the decision that they no longer WANT rhino and i to entertain everyone with amusing nicknames.. might explain why one of us is less and less a fan of the site eh? for those with WIT to impart this remained one of the few ways to amuse. it takes a truely POOR marketing mind... and face it.. a sadly LACKING software development team leader to FAIL to see to it that a CLEVER feature is ruined. gosh.. wonder which marketing monkey that MIGHT BE EH? probably one of the ones that LIKES the idea of allowing greys to blah blah blah for hours and drive models insane eh? *catherine denuve shrug* good luck with this bizarre approach to getting people to pony up the additional fare on a monthly basis...

*kisses and licks to those who are as appalled as I* oh.. and for the goofy midwestern farm boy who will chirp up "oh Bettie wtf ARE you going on about" the new interface STRIPS the screen name field you've supplied and IMPOSES the screen name selected as DEFAULT from the OMG massive *10 SCREEN NAMES YOU SELECTED 5 YEARS AGO* array... and the horrid "WONDERFUL NEW INTERFACE" to quote the development team, FORCES the new interface every time chat is entered from the VIP home page.. oh my god.. you would think that a group so massively impressed with marketing a cheap internet fantasy guide would BETA their crap.

okay.. the ONLY way is to use the screen name entry field at the bottom of the new interface screen.. *sigh* might as well eliminate the selection on the VIP home page then... *shrug*

i do think that forcing that action is silly though.. just PARAM the field from screen to screen in the app.

I agree with your points, for I too was one that often changed names to supply amusement to the room, some girls actually think a sense of humor is a turn on. Sadly, the new interface seems like it is being forced upon us more and more each day, now we can't even switch names without being forced into the new layout, only to realize the new name desired was entered in vain, because the highly touted interface reverts us back to our picked default, or original sign up, name, which i never use.

Customer service used to be willing to delete some of your 5 year old nicks that are mo longer wanted/used, although i don't see the point in having anything other than a default name anymore
Perhaps it's an uncaught bug and SOMEONE WILL FIX IT, but more than likely it's discernible that somebody's priorities have shifted in the past year... maybe "the customer is always right" is passe..

I was also given the hint recently that the umbrella sites have not gone under such drastic and dictatorial renovations, perhaps I shall give one of them a go. :twocents

I'm also not a fan of the new MFC influenced interface. I find it has irregular loading patterns and will sometimes refresh and drop out of chat mid conversation. The layout is cluttered and not user friendly.

I agree totally,the part that bugs me is when u right click on the bio button and it opens a duplicate user interface and not the models full bio page.Also when i switch back to the old interface somehow I end back up with the new one after browsing for a while.I personally like the old one better.

I'm using the old interface - everytime I create/select a new screen name from the drop down and hit "GO" it takes me to the new interface all the time. I don't quite like the new interface setup that's why I use the old but it keeps on switching me to the new one. why is this?

1. Still have problem on new interface ( only use new do not switch between interfaces) change colour of name to white and if I go pvt when I return my name is gold.

2. Is it possable to change colour of nickname before entering a room, I like to see if models will talk to me without them knowing I am vip member. Once I get to know them I go gold silly I know but that's me.
