I am having trouble viewing any Recorded Video Show on the site. They all just keep buffering and buffering. It does not matter what kind of VOD, (Daily VOD, Feature Shows or Video Archives). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Me too. The VOD 'Previews' state: "Connection Error. The FLV Player was unable to connect to the requested movie source." ... I thought it might be something wrong at my end but if you guys are also having problems then it must be a fault at F4F's end.

... Hopefully it will be fixed soon

Very odd, I watched a couple after midnight with no problem but now am experiencing the problem mentioned above. I blame it on losing an hour and moving the clocks ahead this AM. :orglaugh

I think it really was daylight saving time related. Seems to me it's happened before. Anyway, appears to be resolved. Onwards and upwards, boys!

That's what I meant earlier, DST always affects the daily videos, one way or another.

I don't think it was daylight savings time related, but the guys restarted one of the main storage devices after hearing about the problem and that seemed to have fixed it. We're still in the midst of a major expansion so there is a lot of content flowing across the network as we build out the new units.

Seems problem still exists.

Have tried the following Daily VOD's -

Uxio X March8 #5289977 with audio 14mins 22sec
Buffered 15 times until VOD timeline 2.33 then buffered continuously.

Laurent G March7 #5285263 No audio 10.59mins
Will not start - continual buffering

Checked a sample again after typing the above -- NOW ALL Daily VOD's not loading -- continual buffering.
Same applies for my Private Show History videos.

Has the problem returned?

Today the Daily VOD's are slow in loading and seeking and after starting, if they do, they are doing a lot of buffering throughout playing.

Will not be worth making any VOD purchase until all is ok again.

Pete - I've been getting the same problem this afternoon. My private show VODs too, as well as the Daily VODs. Endless buffering. Live Chat is also a bit erratic (stop/start).

I checked a couple of video sites (including YouTube) just to confirm that it isn't a more general ISP/broadband problem here. They were OK.

Yea I hear ya
I pledged for a group show and was frozen out during the last few minutes.
I paid for a 3 hour show and could not replay it.
I keep getting frozen at the begining and ending of all parties and groups.
And i was wondering wtf i was doing wrong, lol.

I've had problems with the site all night. I've done multiple speed tests, etc. Everything checks out. Everything keeps buffering for VOD. Earlier, I had trouble getting into models' rooms. No video or chat box would pop up. It's very frustrating.

Many times the room problems are a flash problem .
Make sure you are updated and clear the Adobe Flash Player cach .

Many times the room problems are a flash problem .
Make sure you are updated and clear the Adobe Flash Player cach .

Had a similar problem a while back with the VODS being blurry or out of focus, discussed the matter with Customer support, they made excellent suggestion which solved the problem for me - Bifocals.
