I was trying to watch a vod and I kept getting an error that said "Your Credentials Do Not Match Our Records" my password was correct... I even tried changing my password and clearing my browser's cache and still got the same error....what is going on?

In case anyone else is having this issue, it can be corrected by making sure there are credits available in your "Wallet". If all of your credits are stored in your "Bank", transferring them to your wallet will correct the problem.
