We have just sent you an email in regards to the issue you are having. In case you have not received our email, please email us at Support@vs.com, and we will gladly resend our message.

In case anyone else is having this issue, it can be corrected by making sure there are credits available in your "Wallet". If all of your credits are stored in your "Bank", transferring them to your wallet will correct the problem.
