the 2011 Customer Survey needs to allow more time for the user to fill it out, I have found if you take too long it will not confirm at the end it has been sent and thanked for filling the form out (guessing also it deletes it and you don't get the data). What will happen is it goes back to the Promotions page as do the forums sometimes when you take too long to type any reply back or create a new topic.



People wondering where the 2011 Customer Survey is, it's in the accounts section, or just click your user name above in the right to get to the my accounts page and you will see it in a red box at the top.

The reminder / "nag" part remains even after taking the survey .

I was timed out too the 1st time . Wrote faster and much less the 2nd time . Quote

Suggestion, review the survey. Go type your answers somewhere else, maybe your site inbox. Then cut and paste into the question/answer fields. That should eliminate the taking too long problem. Quote
