Today I went to look at some of my own recorded shows and all of the ones prior to May 2008 have gone. I've sent an email to Customer services but whilst awaiting a reply thought I'd ask if this has happened to anyone else?

Mine from October, November and December 2009 have disappeared as well.

F@nkyRiz0 is pretty sure Flirt is purging inactive models recorded shows by removing the ones with the lowest amount of views and oldest

Damn, that would really be sad. Sometimes an old VOD is all that remains...other than fond memories...and they seem to fade so easily.

Thanks for replying.

I received a very prompt reply from CS, it stated that models have the right to withdraw their shows (and rightly so). However as I still have a number of shows from three of the same models after May 2008 (although all have since sadly left) and have also lost a show with Wyliss who is still here (and still brilliant). I don't think this can be the correct explanation for the loss.

So the person relaying the news to OurJeffe may be correct. Terrible shame if it is true as these models are no longer around and it was very pleasant to take a trip down memory lane and rewatch the shows I'd had with them. It is rather annoying that I appear to have lost access to about a quarter or more of my shows in one fell swoop with no prior warning or explanation.

Whilst the Daily VODS are a very pleasant plus for VIPs, I would prefer to have access to my own shows as do have a more personal interest in them.

That said, I have sent another query to CS and it may all be a terrible misunderstanding. A terrible thought if so many hours of recordings have been lost, if I'd been asked I would have offered cold hard cash to keep them.

If anyone has helpful, reassuring replies from VS about this worrying subject it would be good if they could copy them here. Better still if VS could add their own comments directly.

Not a sausage....

An explanantion, even if it was in the negative would be welcome. Must admit (with my limited knowledge), I don't see how there could be a cost involved in keeping the old shows. So am unable to see a logical reason for the action.

It appears (and this comes as no surprise to myself or those who know me well)that I have made an error.

I had not updated my new email address on this site after I closed the old one so Customer services have no doubt been replying to the old account.

I would like to apologise to Customer Services for being a forgetful old fart and in posting messages that give the impression that they have not replied to my concern.
