Thanks so much for reaching out to us today via forums! We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your mic during Cam2Cam. You'll want to ensure that you allow the site access to your device camera/microphone.
For Android mobile users, they can choose between Chrome, FireFox, or Opera. On a mobile device, your Cam2Cam feed begins on mute by default. You can unmute your mic from the Cam2Cam control panel.
On the model's side, you will also default to mute. So be sure to message your model and let them know they should unmute you from their end as well. If the model is still having issues with system features, then they need to contact Broadcast Support for assistance so we can remedy the situation.
You can always check your Cam2Cam to make sure it'll work before you go into a show with the tester.
