There are several very rude and abusive chatter who SHOULD be banned.

However, there are also some models that ban for no reason at all other than to get people out of their room who are idle. One reason they shouldn't do that is because one of the methods for sorting the models ranking is by the number of viewers in their room. If they don't have many viewers, they sink to the bottom of the list. In fact, many open chat porn websites have fake robots logged in as real chatters just to make it seem like more people are in the chat room than there really are!
Arri put a ban on me that I can't figure out at all.

SOLUTION, whenever a BAN is issued, the model or moderator who applied the ban should have to type in at least one word explaining the reason for the ban, and that should be sent to the chatter who was banned so they don't do it again. For example "You have been banned for reason:" and the reason could be: rude, spamming, making threats, making demands, fighting, disruptive.
Being logged into a room and not chatting (idle) is not a reason to ban a chatter. That chatter should be left alone or at worst, KICKED from the room. A ban is much more severe and troublesome than a kick.

A ban causes problems for the chatter AND the model in ways that are not obvious.
A kick (if it were available) is just being popped out of the room. You could get back in, but you could also get kicked again.

A kick is like a slap on the ass, whereas a ban is like chopping off someone's head.

NEW models often are far too eager to ban someone to try and solve a problem. Banning should be a last resort, not a first one... HOWEVER, if banning is the ONLY resort, then a model has to choose between the lesser of two evils - banning, or having their show disrupted by someone who is not welcome in the room.

In my case, earlier today, I got dropped into some new model's room because the model I was watching went offline. The new guy was asking me my opinions on some unusual topics, and I gave him my opinions. He didn't like my opinions, so he decided to ban me. Quote
