Hi Craig,
1. In order to eliminate the idea that the homepage is showing valid results due to the fact that you are reloading the homepage and the roomslist is yet to refresh, the next time you find this disparity between homepage and roomslist could you try refreshing the chat room and let us know if this causes them to match.
Answer to question 1- The homepage and the model bios are showing correct status of the performers being online or offline. Tried refreshing the chat rooms and let them refresh on their own and they will sometimes show some models that are offline for a long time as being online, I even tried CTRL + F5 (forced refresh) and tried clearing out the cached browser files (everything cookies etc), but the problem will still be there with some of the rooms that have gone offline. I noticed some may stay on the model menu in the rooms for well over an hour and maybe more. All other model menu events work correctly eg. if a model comes online it will show them online or if they go private/come out of private or party chat/come out of party chat or semi/come out of semi the next refresh will show the correct information at that time.. The only event not working correctly is the Offline models in the room menu for some of the models.
Example model that was having this problem is Harley Marie as you will see from this link. (Maybe worth asking her what version of the performer application shes using, and if that day she had that problem was she on a break or did she click logout of the chat)

Another model I see often having this problem is Barbery too and many others.
2. Is this only happening in the Guest Interface or both the Guest and User Interfaces?
Answer to question 2- It happens on the Grey user interface and the VIP interface in the rooms. I even tried Internet Explorer and Firefox to see if it was browser related but both showed same problems while in the rooms.
3. Are you finding that the list is getting completely stuck and no updates are happening at all, or that only the models that have gone offline are getting stuck in the list?
Answer to question 3- The model room menu updates as normal as mentioned above but the event to show a model has gone offline does not seem to work for some performer rooms and results with a stuck image of the model being online on the model menu in the rooms (homepage and bio's will show correct status), all other events work and update correctly as normal.
4. Are you getting any javascript errors?
Answer to question 4- No java errors from the java console, web console or the error console in Firefox, this is why I believe it's a server end problem, I don't even believe it's a performer application related problem (but worth checking) because the homepage and the performers bios update correctly if they are offline or online and all other events. Other thing that I thought could be doing it is maybe the model on break system ? when a model goes on break for a long time the room closes and throws us out and I didn't realise if the stuck rooms are break related or actual models login out of the chat by clickign log out from the performer application (maybe one to check too.. just another idea..).
Hope this helps Craig, by the way I have no addons/toolbars on my browsers just flash, java and acrobat reader.. no other junk that can trip web pages to behave strange. Also as you can see above in this thread and some other threads other people are seeing the same problem.
If there is anything else you would like to know Craig let me know I will keep an eye on this thread.
EDIT: I did notice a way to trigger this problem, model stuck online even when she was really offline.. This is what I saw happen in one room that seems to have this problem all the time... (Angelina Sweety was the room).
1- the model was in private
2- private ended and she clicked break
3- the model menu at that time said she was in private for a long time while she was on break and then said she was online after many refreshes that it normally does in the rooms, but ofcourse she was still on break.
4- the room closed because she was on break for a long time but again the model menu in the rooms was showing her online for over 20 minutes (she came back online so not sure how much longer it would have stayed stuck on the room menus and again the homepage and her bio was showing correctly she was offline, but clicking her room shows her to be offline.
Best regards
Nabil
