VIP here trying to send a model a picture on the e-mail system like I have before, and it won't let me do it. Won't go through. I've tried two different models. SMH. Bugs bugs bugs!

I just sent you a message asking for more details about when/where this is occurring.

Is there anybody else experiencing problems with this? Please send with as many details as possible to customer service and I'll make sure they are escalated to our staff to look at.

Me too. It is a .jpg file, size 248KB. I use Macbook Pro, tried on both Firefox and Chrome.
Error message: There was a problem sending your attachment: abc.jpg, please try again.

I have tried again, and again, and again lol.

im having the same problem, same message, worked before now it wont. called support said this was the first time they heard of this. i guess others are also.

now i cant even upload pictures the model sent. just shows loading but no picture i was able to see it before so what has changed.

I am the same as Iceman153, I can't send pictures however big they are, they are.jpg attachments and also I can't receive pictures from models. Please help asap. I sent a message to support a few days ago without reply

The problem is on my mobile/iPad/computer is when you click on the link with regard to the attachment in your email, it starts to run the webpage and then stops

i became a vip so i could do this, send and receive pictures. so for over a month now i"mm paying for a service that wont work. i sent message to support also. no reply

I have been having the same problem. I tried again today, and no matter what I did, it wouldnt work from my computer. But when I sent the same file from my i-phone it worked.

The problem is fixed and you can send again your favorite pictures to your favorite models.

I still can't receive pics in emails from models, looks like loading page for attachments but nothing is happening. Not checked sending pics to models yet, will do that tomorrow
