also, i had many more privates with certain models. Why can't the user and the performer have an option to view the vid solely? I know i'm missing several private vids from a model in particular. Certain models dont want them posted in VOD, fine, we/purchasers need to have the option to still have the vid in our personal folder.

Yes, we're working through some old stuff to get some VODs that were previously excluded 100% available to the customer who had the original show. As part of our notification logic our system always tries to send an email to let you know that they are available.

Brad, thanks for the response n no problem on how long it takes. I wasnt upset but suprised to see it take that amount of time. Would it be possible to try to get the Priv Vids sent to us in the show folder, like in a pop up msg and have the model have a choice of allowing the VOD to be posted after the private? Maybe quicker for you and then all u do is upload. Or just have it sent to us directly n ask performer if they want to have vid posted in vod on a pop up. I think it would be a good option.
