however, it appears that there is still an issue with sound not working on Low Def - I am on an iphone 6 and now at least can see the model and type / read chat at the same time! YAY! - but still no sound on low def. - when i switch to Hi-def I get sound, but then it goes back to losing the text screen.

Thanks, this has been a long project and we're still not at 100% distribution but so far it is looking good. We will be exposing it to more people shortly. The iPhone is the main target because by default Apple doesn't let you play video (live or otherwise) in-line, meaning it takes over full-screen which takes away the chat.

Yes this is a known shortcoming of the new technology. We opted to get the improved video out first while we work on the audio component. Not ideal, but we made the decision it was better to split the project into two halves for this reason.

The problem with audio is that it's difficult to get it to sync and not look like a bad movie from the 50's. Still working on it though and hope to have more improvements in the weeks to come.

Can you try again? We rearranged some logic so you should get the new mobile-compatible video delivery 100% of the time now if you are logged into your account.
