I have posted this as a reply on someone elses thread, who was also having problems so I apologise if its wrong to ask again in my own thread. I have a model on my notifications list. until 2 weeks ago I was getting perfect notifications , however now not am I not getting notified they are online, But the model is being removed from my notification list totally. I'm not deleting it, Its going on its own . Any ideas as to how to solve it? because its getting annoying now. Thank you

Problems with notifications is, sadly, nothing new. I receive only some notifications, never receive others, and occasionally receive them long after the model has logged off. But for the model being removed entirely from your list, is it possible the model has chosen to leave the site entirely? Is the model's profile still available?

In my experience, my notifications have vanished at around the same time the models' profiles have vanished. When I try to go to their profile pages, it says "Model Bio Not Available". On some occasions the profiles have been restored and I could mark them for notification again, but other times they are completely gone, and though I might still find their room page (though it says "___ is Offline") and can sometimes mark them for notification from there, they vanish again after I log off.

But, if this is not the case, then perhaps you should contact Customer Support to find out what is really going on.

Thanks for the suggestion, The model in question is still active and one of the top 20. I did email using the contact us method on the site , about 3 weeks ago, but haven't had a reply. I guess a phone call may become necessary however as i'm not US based I was trying to avoid that. Its an annoyance rather than a problem, It just means catching the model online is more luck then judgement.

Hi, can you post the model's name so that we can identify which one is having a problem. I notice that you have other Online Notifications that are still active so I'd like to confirm that there isn't something specific to the model that is causing the problem.

Hi craig ,
Thanks for getting back to me. Its Sandra_X. I keep having to re add her to my notifications list.Its almost like when she comes online, that the system takes that as a signal to delete her from my list and therefore no notifications are sent.She is in the list at the moment after I readded her a couple days ago.

Ok Sandra X was online today( I was online as well by coincidence), and she has been deleted from my notification list again, dont know about jeffie's.

I received a notification for Sandra X, and she's still in my notifications list

However a couple of other models were deleted from my notifications list since my last post here

This has happened to me before. Per customer service, apparently if you respond to an e-mail through your e-mail program rather than through the site, or if something happened to disrupt or prevent an e-mail from being sent (for example, not entering a Subject), it reset everything, wiping out notifications, subscriptions, and erasing the e-mail everything was sent to.

Same thing is happening to me- 5 guy's notifications have been deleted (NOT BY ME), AND my email address has been deleted. ALL these guys are actively online. This has happened several times in the last few weeks. Up until then things worked pretty well- at least I was notified within the hour of a model going online. I contacted customer service and they "re-set" my email address and notifications- same problem. These days I consider the Online Notification service to be nonexistent.

Hmmmm.... same thing happened to me...I thought it was a new glitch, but since it happened before to other members it seems not so new after all.... :mad
