I'm not sure if this is an issue that other people have had, but my favorite model brought this to my attention. Apparently there was a person with the exact same screen name as myself in her room. Now I wouldn't be too bothered if it wasn't my username, but this causes confusion for everyone in the room. I guess they were trying to pose as me? I'm not too sure but it kind of bothers me, I hope something can be done about this. I wouldn't want any other models to be fooled by imposters.

I think the site has protected all "REGISTERED" names. They give you up to 10 of them. Of those registered names, you should be protected from imposters. Go to your account page to nail some of them in. A good strategy would be to leave some blank, and not use all 10 slots right away for future insights.
I have been there. I wear the T-shirt. I've been banned from it.
Some add a little something different to a name they have jealously tried to cover, but a seasoned model can tell by your demeanor, usualy.

There can't be a member with the exact same screen name as yours logged in to the site at the same time as you, there can only be members with similar screen names. For example if your screen name is Romanticism, someone can log in as .Romanticism or Romanticism. (with a period before or after) or as R0manticism (with a zero in place of the letter o)

I'll be sure to keep an eye out, this is my default screenname so I'm not entirely sure how that works. But according the model their name was exactly the same, may have just been a glitch, I don't know.

If it's your default screen name then nobody else can ever log in with that name. I doubt there was a glitch, more likely someone else used a name which looks a lot like yours

This ...

Many silly people look at the models top tipper lists and try to copy the name and pretend to be you and try to make the model do sothing in open room.. I see that a lot recently with one white member doing that by either add a "." to the front or end of a user name. Also another trick they do is change the "i" to capital "I" and looks like small "L" in the chat rooms.. so a name like "Little" can be made to look the same by typing "LittIe" in the chat rooms because of the font used.

Now you see why I don't have a name with a small "L" in it..
