If one takes the time to read a lot of the forum postings you will discover that the site has problem and some pretty wild solutions have been put out there. Sometimes it is better to work with what is already in place and take some baby steps to improve this site.
[1] party chat should be returned to members only and hey it is always up to the performer as to what they wish to do. Sometime just simple chat without the odd grey saying show ass or show cock.
[2] whispering is great if used properly, but why do some performers whisper to the members in the room? Often they don't even know they are whispering until someone mentions it to them, and then they have no clue as to turn it off. Quite often some members merely whisper to avoid the attention of others in the room. This tends to cause some confusion in the room for a performer who is trying to read everything and missing a lot.
[3] member's suggests to improve the site are at the end of the day going to drive viewers away. The term freeloaders keeps getting mentioned which really does not help.
The fact is that there has to be more interaction between performers and members. Merely sitting in the room does nothing to help a performer if you don't say anything. Yes there are some performers who will come out with those Take Me Private comments, but you do have the option to leave the room, but would suggest you do it in a polite way.
I think everyone wants this site to be the best that it can be. They want their favorite performers to really make a go of it on the site. There are some pretty awesome performers to be found on the site if you merely take the time to get to know them. Often you will be surprised by the results.

Sometime just simple chat without the odd grey saying show ass or show cock.

I like idea. Sometime, maybe just 5-10 minute "get to know me" group chat, let model and client make connection. Model get time credit and pay, client get to see more than just cock. I am not sure if many would support, but may be surprised.

Any model, you like this idea? Has any tried? Will (did) it work? Very interested in response.

Milo Player whispering has it's place for a quick message to the performer so as not to disrupt the flow in the room. However lately with so many members and performers whispering it looks like there is no one in the room (viewers I mean). Also if a viewer makes a comment that chance of a reply is next to NIL. That makes any member feel that spending any more time in the room just is not worth it.

All I can say is if I enter a room and right away I see very little chat and I get an immediate whisper, I leave. To me this is strictly a room looking only for private action and no other interactions and I am not going to sit and waste my time watching the model whisper to everyone.

It wasn't brought up in his response at all.

I'm not a fan of whispering either and wish it would go back to VIP only. I've used it to setup a private show or help out a new model when the occasion calls for it. But for normal chat its best to have it in the open so others might join in too adding life to the room.

OMG myelmo only you would come up with a thought like that. Sorry but think I am going to have to take up some serious heavy drinking now.
I may have my moments but that one is no where on my bucket list, and the thought is beyond reason. Sorry fagslave we are like OIL and Water and when there is a mix a fire is sure to be underway.

It was a premium feature that VIP members paid for back then. Since they diluted the features of the VIP membership I gave it up a few years back as it wasn't worth it anymore. Just remember whispers weren't much of an issue back then and there was more visible room activity, maybe why there isn't as much today?

Back when it changed it wasn't a small number based on the threads in several of the forums, it was became quite heated actually. I am all for the models controlling their room and think they can still turn it off if they wish. I just know I'm more inclined to visit and stay in a room tipping or going private if there is activity. Something odd happened a few weeks back, I asked a model why he was whispering to me, he didn't know he was doing it so I wonder if studios train it now.
