As we all know the site always seems to be in contest mode.
New performer often get excited when they show up on the the list,
and heck the site posts a message about it while they are online.
The fact is that the big hitters start to arrive later in the contest,
and basically take over. I am not saying this is bad and congrats to them
for being able to do this, but some performers who really give their all
will never have a hope of winning.

What I would like to suggest is a totally new contest that could really turn the tables
and be a WIN WIN for everyone.

A MEMBERS CONTEST.

The Rules:

The performers do the voting.
Grey viewer have no voting rights.
Basic members cannot get a vote unless they become premium members
24 hours prior to the contest.
Premium and VIP members can get a vote from any performer.

Rules for voting:

First the member has to actually visit the chatroom during the contest, and
yes the member has to actually talk to the performer without whispering.
The performer can vote for up to 10 members in order from 1 to 10.
The member has to remain in the room for a specific period of time otherwise
they could be just jumping from one room to the next to get a vote.

The Prize:

I would think a total prize of 1,000 credits would be a good start.
The top 10 members overall would end up getting 100 credits each which would
be credited to their account. They would also get a message from the site.

At the end of the contest the results would be posted for everyone to see.
I know this suggestion just might blow one's mind, and could be tweaked, but
see it as ground work for turning this site round, and getting it back on track.
I am sure there will be comments about what a wacko fishy idea, but fact is guys
this is an idea. If you can come up with something better then go for it.

No offense intended, but I think you might have more success in convincing F4F to have the occasional contest that is limited to specific categories of performers (e.g., only "NEW" performers qualify, or only those who haven't yet received their first badge, or only those who have already received their first badge, etc.) instead of a contest that offers no financial profit for the company. zyxwv098 no offense taken. Did forward it on to the site so one will see. Fact is if it get more members interacting with performers there could be a financial incentive. Fact is anything to give this site a kickstart is a move in the right direction.

Would have been great if a few more suggestion could have been made, but sadly on this site it never seems to be the case. Always sad when one see a performer who just never seems to be getting into that top 20, but does his best to give his all. Have seen many like this, and you just have to hold back the comment of saying "Sorry but you really don't stand a chance".
The big performers might bring in the $$$, but fact is the site runs on the energy of each and every performer on the site. Sort of think that morally some of those guys trying to reach for the stars on the site and have spent a fair deal of time on the site should at least be given a chance.
Hey I know this idea will get knocked down, but there are some really nice performers to be found on the site if you merely give them a chance.
Just my opinion I guess, but hopefully a few other members out there might feel the same way. Doubt the site will actually do anything as long as the $$$ keeps rolling in forever how long that might.
