James the best way to make a go of it on the site is to be as friendly with everyone entering your chat room. It is never a good idea to give into any requests unless some sort of incentive is given, and just remember you control the chat room regardless. I have seen you online and think you have all the qualities to become a good performer.
It is often a case of being willing to spend the time on the site and doing you best to discover the time zones that draw more traffic to your room.
