(c) Best practice or How to make best use of it?
Remember everybody has a "voice".
If you are not interested in a specific topic or discussion, simply ignore it. Don't roll your virtual eyes when you see yet another "I am new here guys!" thread.
There is no need to get enraged about what others feel they would like to say. What is it that YOU want to talk about? Do not think you are the only one with this or that idea, issue or thought. Reach out to your fellows and see what can be done. There is for sure a number of models here who would love to help you out ... Every Jack will find his ... Jack.

All this and so much more is what a forum is for. Everybody is allowed to voice his or her opinions, promote themselves or ask for help, give their thoughts, desires, wishes, doubts, and file complaints.
Always respectfully and responsibly and without attacking others!
My hope is that more people will find the courage to step forward, connect with other interested people and help to catalyze discussions and find new ways to make this forum a place of lively exchange.
There is a place and a time for complaints, but even more so for stimulating discussions about a bright future.
I believe this forum offers us so many opportunities. Let us seize them!
