I have put this posting in both the VIP section in a discussion about Grey users and the general area because it could be a problem for many performers and possibly the whole F4F facility .
This concern relates to the age of visitors to rooms on the site. We have seen visitors in room saying they are "someone who is not of age to be on the site" or so years old. Even when typing this I have seen the situation: "im "age removed" and i luv ya... : And yes, performers have done the correct thing and ejected them from the room.
We all know the age requirements, but who is responsible and/or liable if a complaint is made.
A problem exists in relation to this with grey users as no age verification question/ request is made when entering the site. At least by logging in and providing a card number there is some protection This concern especially true when entering the site through a search engine such as Google. Through this search site, it is very easy to, with three mouse clicks to be in a room showing full masturbation, toys, or even couples in anal penetration.
Unfortunately, ignorance is no excuse so therefore should all performers ask grey visitor their age before chatting with them or can the system provide some protection by asking for age verification?

Members may lie about their age, yes, but the premium and VIP members have had their ages verified...basic members and guest users have not. And while yes, members might lie about their ages, they do not make themselves out to be younger than is legal. And any guest user who claims to be below 18, even as a joke, needs to be evicted from the chat room. Maybe the lie was all in fun, but neither the model nor the site can take the chance that it was actually the truth.

virgilcircle8 the site did have a solution in place at one time. It was called party chat which was restricted to members only which made it more free for performers to get a bit more risky without having certain viewers in the room.
