Maybe the site should do away with earning points for just being in a models room for any period of time. The point sitters would then join the sitting around for hours members who are hoping to get a glimpse or flash of something. I've been around this and other sites nearly as long as Louis and we know this is how its always been. Is it going to change, hell no. The best thing for everyone to treat others how you want to be treated and if that doesn't work models have tools to control their room and we members can speak with our wallets by moving on to another model.

The best thing for everyone to treat others how you want to be treated and if that doesn't work models have tools to control their room and we members can speak with our wallets by moving on to another model.

It is all a vicious circle. Take Mr. X for example: this model goes online every morning, focused, horny, energetic. He stays online for 30 minutes and realises that, if he does not have a hard cock in cam, a dildo in his ass for his fans to appreciate or act like a monkey dancing naked in his room, nobody talks to him..and so the room becomes desolated...how do you imagine someone can stay on cam, smile for 1 hour straight, be hard for one hour straight..just for people to see a lively room. It is called flirt4free for one purpose..otherwise it would be watch for free and smile for free.
Yes, there are many top models who make over 4 mil credits in one year, but do not see any write here or interracting. Social behaviour, and members are a part of it as well as us, models, shows that no matter their likes and preferences, a person would always follow where 100 go, It is simple social math, and flirt4free is no different.
Of course a model gets frustrated and he sees other members tip a certain model 1000, 2000 etc and when he comes in his room he just stays there and not even says hello, or you are ugly, or leave. Can you blame them?
It is easy to be popular, and connect to people when people connect to you, it is easy to enjoy what you do and also enjoy others when people appreciate you and show it! It is damn easy, take any model who is not in top 20 or top 100, talk to him and make him feel good and you will see that if people see him in top 20 he will be considered a start even if he was on 300 place 1 month ago.

I know giving models this information is a marketing tool so it probably won't change but I think it should not be available. Taking from Brett's post let members and models treat the other the way they would want to be treated. Then make their uninfluenced decision.

I make my own decision to give a model credits. I rarely read model reviews. I don't look to see if a performer is in the Top 25. I don't follow a performer just because yet another thread is started about them for whatever the reason. I enter a room, talk with a performer and then I decide if I want to enter a show based on my own perception of that person, not reviews, rankings, forum threads...

Now a performer cannot initiate the show so they are at that disadvantage but giving access to members' credit spending habits isn't really levelling the playing field equally.

Z, I don't know the extent models can see how we distribute credits. Perhaps what Brett mentioned is all. My comment was based on the experience I had and the tip scenario Anwar described. What Brett said about credit in your bank and wallet is accurate. Any model reading this wish to enlighten?

Can models really see how much and where credits are spent?? If that is really a thing, that seems like stepping a bit too far into my privacy. We should be able to enter a room, have a private show, and leave without anyone but the model knowing. I'm really curious about this now, cause that's just wrong.

From what I'm aware of, performers can see amount of credits in wallet being burnt through privates for timing purposes. Otherwise, unless a performer/user sets their settings to private, anyone can go to a a performer's profile to browse through their gift history and/or 'Top 10 fans' list.

It's happen to me before but I think because of this I've been "tracked down" by some performers whose room I've never visited just to inbox me with a message suggesting I visit their room.

Another time I was "called out" when a performer saw (how did they know???) I had spent credits/time with someone else that wasn't them prior to entering their room. That's kind of extreme. I know this site can be competitive but I didn't think it was THAT deep...

A model once told me when I enter his room he gets a "Brett025 has a history of being a good customer" message on his screen.

I've been told this as well but I always wondered what qualifies as a "good customer". As in, hey this user has spent X amount of credits in the course of X amount of days.

I could be wrong, but I don't think models can see with whom we've spent credits on. A model once told me when I enter his room he gets a "Brett025 has a history of being a good customer" message on his screen. When in private models can see how many credits are in your wallet, but not in your bank so I keep that in mind before going private.

From what I understand performers can only see what is in your wallet. The bank is hidden and might have been added by the site in the event that a performer might see too much.
So just like the performers I think members has something of a BIO history that performer can check just to see what type of member you might be. Nope they cannot see where you have spent credit (I am pretty sure), but can get an indication of the type of member you might be.

Ok. Good. I already knew about the wallet/bank situation. I know for a fact that some models go into other models rooms to see what's going on (or send members to do it for them). I don't know if the "good customer" message is true or not....doesn't seem likely. That's kind of the purpose of the status and levels. If you have a decent level, models know about how much you give in a year depending on how long you've been on the site.

It's the vague "good" that makes me doubt it. Also, I'm SOOO "good," and I don't get harassed when I visit models for the first time.

My understanding of this is that it has something to do with the configuration of the Room Receptionist function...if the model is not using it, he will not receive any information about the members entering. If he does have it on, then it will send a general message that so-and-so has a good history of spending on the site, versus no history (that is, may have received the initial 120 free credits and not purchased more), poor history, etc.

As far as knowing how many credits a member has, to the best of my knowledge the models don't ever know the exact amount. During Group Shows they supposedly receive a message that so-and-so does or does not have enough credits (in the wallet) to pledge; it may be the same for the Party Chats. During private shows, I'm not sure, but I think they may only know generally based on how much time is remaining in the private.

I've seen screen shots of the message about being a good customer, it's true. Keep in mind models also talk among themselves in their own forum or depending on location in person or social media so that is one way they find out who big spenders are or members they might invite to their room. I used to visit a few Russian models where this was taking place, at first I was sort of annoyed but actually I met some good models because of it.

In years past I have gone to lots of rooms loaded with credits and, unlike now, always showed up as having a good spending history; staying quiet was OK to most models. I usually tipped 50 or 100 when I silently left. But one model didn't care about that. If I ever went to his room and stayed silent for more than 60 seconds, he would kick me out...in spite of the fact that I'd tipped him more than a dozen times, paid for several group shows and spied on a couple of privates. Needless to say, I quit him for a long time. But he's incredibly hot, so I went back one day and told him he had been too quick to pull the trigger. He smiled and said, "oh, mistake." So I visited several times, tipped every time and he was happy. Then one day I was opening several rooms at once and violated his 60-second mindset, and he kicked me out again. Conclusion: flirt does not teach Marketing 101. I told customer service this model was shooting himself in the foot; customer service didn't care.

Same model appeared on another site, where silent watching is OK because the models don't know who you are. I saw him kick out customers there because, are you sitting down, he didn't like people to talk too much. Conclusion: that site didn't teach Marketing 101 either.

I guess the answer is: Don't visit models that kick you for being silent. You won't get kicked, and the model will have one less silent viewer. It's a win-win.
