You have a few options available to you.

As Thomas80 said, you can silence the person. You can also boot them out of your room for a few minutes (without banning them, so your power score remains intact). If they come back and continue the behavior, then you may have no choice but to ban them. These would be the least confrontational methods available to you.

You could (though I do not necessarily recommend it) try the "lemonade" approach. If the person says something insulting, thank him for his words and deliberately misinterpret what he is saying in a positive way. For example, if the person says that you're old, tell him "thanks, I'm glad I don't look like a little boy anymore" or if the person says that you're ugly, turn it into a joke, like, "that's why I stopped looking in mirrors, I kept breaking them". Just find a way to defuse what the person is saying without openly challenging and confronting him.

This second option takes practice, though, so I strongly advise against it unless you know what you are doing. Also, while in some cases it will show that person that he isn't getting to you, it may also cause him to become angrier and more abusive. Just quietly silencing, booting, or banning the person is the better choice, as it prevents that person from becoming the focus of your room and lowering the morale of your viewers (which is probably what he wants). Steven you have got quite a few suggestions as to what to do which are sure to work, but just remember those viewers who come to your room to enjoy your company will also have your back as they say. That said they might want the front as well.
There will always be twits coming online to cause problems. Just look at it as being their problem and not yours.

The people who treat you in this way are not worth your time and effort to try to change. Silence or boot them, as these are the ones who will never tip and will never show you (or any model) the respect you deserve. It may become discouraging if more and more such members visit you, but stand your ground. Be polite to all who enter, but don't let anyone treat you disrespectfully.
