It is a sort of turn off when you enter a chat room and say Hello and get a whisper reply like "can you take me private" or something like that. Alas this is a situation where models have to realize that yes members are real people just as members have to realize models are real people. Personally I would think any model would be tickled pink just having a lot of people in the room willing to talk, but not the case with many models.

Valid point Gofish. In the last 15 minutes I entered 3 models rooms I hadn't been in before and said Hello. The response from each was similar "I'm good and horny come private for some fun bb". Two of these replies were whispered, which for some reason seems to be the trend for basic replies as of late. Between the response and whispering it I just left the room frustrated. I didn't get an opportunity to learn one thing about the model, or the reverse before being asked into private. I don't know if it is studios or whomever teaching models this but it is doing a disservice to them as it is costing them tips and privates. Not normally like this so sorry for the rant, just frustrated.

just say hi , or reply if a model say hi to you and explain him situation ... i ahte wen members stey in a my room and dont reply , some members stey in models room to colect boost points, or jsut stering and dont reply ... sad really sad

...I think it's better to talk than just be in the room and not say anything. As long as it's not a Party Chat, then I would probably leave the room if I had no credits. Unless it's a performer who knows you well and would understand that you do tip when you can. :thumbsup

and this is from one of the few members on the forums who know how bad I type in the rooms

Hi,

For what it's worth I cannot stand when people come into my room and remain silent for an hour and then just leave. You do not need to tip to have conversation - Plus, whenever you are silent for a period of time and then leave the room abruptly I think I have done something wrong. This is my personal style but I like to try and get everyone involved in conversation in some way.

You have every right to ask questions, etcetera. In fact, I am WAY more likely to give you a little look or more if you are interacting with me - otherwise it feels like a stranger is just lurking in the room...saying nothing...!
