John you make a good point. Creating a room dynamic where everyone in the room at least has the immediate ability to tip would make me much more willing to do more. If you think about a real strip club, they don't let you even peek in the place before paying. And certainly the girl (or guy) dancing on stage is only surrounded by people who have already paid admission. In that strip club the dancer doesn't get bombarded by people who do not have two nickels to rub together...

The current prevalence of flashing, jerking off, etc. that guest users can see now, as well as their ability to chat with some models, in my opinion, likely deters many of them from becoming paying members. It cheapens the site. It's kind of like going to an ice cream parlor and being allowed to sample a full scoop of ice cream, or you can buy the scoop. I wouldn't compare this place to a strip club, totally different business concept. What y'all are describing is just how all these sites all work. Assuming because we have credits you will be tipped or taken private in this room setting (or any room type) couldn't be further from reality. A model must connect and entice members into tipping or private by using conversation or other means, you have to work at it and build your business as you aren't entitled to anything for simply being here. If members are making requests with no tip don't make a big deal of it and let them know what they need to do, if it continues use the tools discussed in above posts. The majority of models that would use this type of room would likely have little traffic as members would just stick with their favorites or the top ranked models who know how to work their rooms.

Myself, I normally visit 2-3 models I've known for some time as their rooms are relaxing and fun which I appreciate and in return support them. When I do venture out to see newer models I find I'm asked for a private within the first 2 minutes, which isn't happening. In fact I just leave as I don't know or have time to connect with the model. If I'm enticed to stay a little while longer expect me to tip something for your time whether we private or not. I recognize your point Brett. You point out from a member's perspective a couple bad habits of many models - looking disinterested, and only engaging with members to say "Hi BB, come pvt with me". Models who do this tend to pay the price in missed opportunity and people only using them to get a quick cheap fix. I genuinely want to meet new interesting guys on here, build relationships and have good conversations, because otherwise I would get bored. Otherwise my intellectual side wouldn't be satisfied. All the top models I've found to be very approachable and conversational, and I've looked to them for my improvement.
