The answer to this whispering question is really quite simple. First there are members who for some strange reason do not wish to interact with other members thus they just whisper. Topping that is the fact that models can now whisper and often tend to over do it. Why would a model whisper HELLO to you in private .....is it a secret code or something (I am not sure).
When viewers see no one talking in the room it is a pretty clear sign that the model might not be worth talking to.
Geez I know some members are big on the whisper stuff, but the site had a problem with whispering years back to the point that they restricted it to just VIPS. Now could it be possible if they do it again perhaps. Whispering does have some benefits if one wants to make a suggestion or say something without disrupting the current chat.
Models you can request of the members in your room to limit the amount of whispering. You may lose a few members but gain the respect of others. These options are in your control because at the end of the day you the model are in control of what goes on in your chat room.
